"I recently had weather damages to my roof, that extended to the ceilings on the inside of my home. I called and made a claim with my insurance company, State Farm. They got right on it, and sent out an Claims Specialist to assess the damages of the outside and inside of my home. The companies they sent out to visit my home were very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant to meet, and treated me as if I was very important to them. Once they made their assessment, State Farm took care of it right away. The teams consisted of: State Farm Claims Specialist (KEITH BOOS) Capital Fire & Water (NICK LIBERTO & his team) Ms Sarah and Ms Erica (State Farm Professionals). Keith Boos stayed there with me to talk with everyone the whole time. He even came out several days to make sure everything was going good. I was highly satisfied and I appreciate my experience with the whole State Farm process. Thanks State Farm."
